All products sold on Rasitbagzibagli.com are supplied from Raşit Bağzıbağlı stores and delivered to cargo within 2-5 business days. The supply time of the Logistics company we work with, DHL, is 3 business days. The duration of the product's stay at customs is unpredictable.

Will I pay the shipping costs when returning the product?
The shipping fee for the products you want to return is covered by our company. In order to benefit from free shipping, you can return your package free of charge with our contracted Yurtiçi Courier Service. For returns sent via other courier services, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
My order arrived when I was not at my address. How can I receive my order?
If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the courier service officer will leave you a notice. A second visit will be made to the same address as of the business day following the release of the notice. Delivery will be made within 2 days after you call the courier service company's Customer Relations and inform them of the time zone in which you can receive your order at home.
